The cobalt blue outer is 2-ply Ultrex which is waterproof, windproof and breathable. The black lining is Series 200 Polartec fleece (Mill Direct Textiles) which provides superior warmth with minimal bulk and weight. A chrome letter "X" accents the front closure.
